This museum is housed in a sake brewery established in the Taisho Period (1912-1926). Traditional sake-production processes have been preserved, and life-size mannequins have been arranged to recreate scenes of the work involved. The manufacturing process to produce refined sake is shown in three-dimensional, easy-to-understand displays. In addition to viewing the exhibits, visitors can taste sake at the sake-tasting corner as well as dress up in traditional brewery worker uniforms. The facility welcomes many foreign tourists.
