This museum is located in Takarazuka City, where the master manga creator Osamu Tezuka lived for about 20 years from the age of 5. In the interior space, which recreates a page from a Tezuka manga, are various displays of items with connections to Osamu Tezuka as well as numerous works. In addition, visitors can have their drawings animated and participate in various other experiences in the “Anime factory,” which is equipped for actual anime production.
