Do I need my passport to purchase and use this ticket?
You will need to present your passport when you purchase the ticket in Japan, but you will not need it in order to board trains.
Is it possible to refund the ticket?
Unfortunately, the ticket cannot be refunded.
Can I use my credit card to purchase a ticket?
When purchasing a ticket in Japan, payment must be made in cash.

Are there three- or four-day passes?
No, only one- and two-day passes are offered.
If you want to use the pass for three to four days, please purchase a combination of one- and two-day passes and use them consecutively.
Can two people use one two-day pass?
No. Each pass can only be used by one person.
Do you have any recommended places to visit with the HANKYU TOURIST PASS?
We do have a couple of travel guides! We recommend the Kyoto and Osaka/Minoh routes.

Are there three- or four-day passes?
No. The HANSHIN TOURIST PASS is valid for one day of travel.
If you want to use the pass for more than two days, you will need separate one-day passes for each day. You can purchase them on the day of use.
